Passport copy. • Biodata page of Passport or Travel Document; •Passport pages which contain all travel records for the past 12 months (1 year) since the last international trip.

Passport-type photograph. A digital passport-type photograph taken within the last 6 months. If the photograph does not reflect your current appearance you may be refused to enter the Kingdom of Thailand.

Proof of status. A copy of immigration status in the country of residences such as resident card, work, or study permit.

Photo of Passport. Your picture holds the photo and information page of the passport.

Declaration form. Complete and sign one declaration form.

Proof of residency. The document that can verify the applicant's current residency. (Driver License or Mayor Utility Bill).

Proof of Sufficient Funds. Financial evidence, e.g. bank statements, proof of earnings, sponsorship letter (current balance not less than 200,000 THB for the past 6 months).

Proof of accommodation. Proof of accommodation in Thailand, e.g. Accommodation bookings, invitation letters from family/friends in Thailand (of the first visit).

Travel booking confirmation (of the first visit).

Business invitation. A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in the destination country. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Thailand, Visa Section".

Declaration form. Complete and sign one declaration form.

Employment letter. Letter confirming employment details from an employer in a foreign country signed by the authorized person stating that the company will dispatch the employee to Thailand on which purpose (Confirm that Multiple Entry is needed because will travel several times over the next year).

Employer ID card or passport. A copy of the ID card or passport of the signer (authorized person who signed the employment letter).

Business License. Business license of the inviting company in Thailand with the company’s stamp and authorized person’s signature.

Proof of residency. The document that can verify the applicant's current residency. (Driver License or Mayor Utility Bill).

Letter of approval. If the stay is over 15 days, a letter of approval from the Ministry of Labor is required
