Russia Tourist Visa

Russia visa application form. To be completed the form online, download, print, sign, and send it to us.
Original, signed Canada passport valid for at least 6 months from date of departure from the Russian Federation.
Passport-type photograph: 1. Photo size MUST be 35mm x 45mm, in color, taken against a white background, non-smiling, and taken within the last 6 months.
If a double entry is requested. The client needs to provide a copy of airplane or ground transportation tickets showing the full travel route from Russia to the neighboring state and back to Russia.
Tourist Voucher. Copy of tourist voucher (invitation) issued by tourist company or hotel in Russia approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Tourist vouchers are only acceptable if the applicant is staying 10 days or less.
Personal Letter. A personal letter from the applicant addressed to the Embassy of Russia, explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of travel, cities to be visited, and places of accommodations.

Currently, Russian Visa Сenters are not accepting any visa applications from any nationality except Canadians.

Russia Business Visa

Russia visa application form. To be completed the form online, download, print, sign, and send it to us.
Original, signed Canada passport valid for at least 6 months from date of departure from the Russian Federation.
Passport-type photograph: 1. Photo size MUST be 35mm x 45mm, in color, taken against a white background, non-smiling, and taken within the last 6 months.
Business Letter. A business letter from the sending company in Canada. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Embassy of Russia, Visa Section".
Double/Multiple entry requests. For double or multiple entry requests, you must provide a flight itinerary, train ticket, or detailed tour description showing more than one entry into Russia and visiting neighboring countries.
Personal Letter. A personal letter from the applicant addressed to the Embassy of Russia, explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of travel, cities to be visited, and places of accommodations.
Employment Letter for Applicants with Government Jobs. Applicants who work for the government must have their employer provide a letter stating they are aware of their trip and that when they return they will be going back to work.
Hotel reservation. The document attesting the accommodation booking of all the stops for the whole group.
Letter of Invitation. An official letter of invitation approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia.
Guarantee Letter. Business travelers must supply a letter from the company inviting them to Russia, written in Russian, guaranteeing responsibility and supervision during their stay in Russia. This letter can be almost the same as the Business Letter requirement but needs to be from the Russian company, on their letterhead, and in Russian.

Russia Private Visa
