 Jamaica tourist visa

  1. Jamaica visa application form.

  2. Original, signed passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.                                                              

  3. Passport Photo: 2 Include a passport-style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months.       

  4. Proof of Status. ORIGINAL evidence of your legal status in Canada (Original of study permit, work permit, refugee/protected person status document).                                                                                                 

  5. Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary (in English).                                                          

  6. Bank Statement. Original Statement with ink signature and stamp of the issuing bank (in English).                    

  7. Employment/Enrollment Letter. A letter from your employer on business letterhead (in English), with contact details, describing your duties, and stating that a leave of absence has been granted, the purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job. For students, please submit an official letter from your school stating your course of study and indicating that you are in good standing and that you are registered for the upcoming semester. If you are retired please submit a personal letter explaining your employment history.                                                                                                                                      

  8. Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations (in English).
