Ghana tourist visa

​

  1. Ghana visa application form. To be completed online print, sign it, and send it.                                                                                                                               

  2. Original, signed Canada passport and a copy                                                                                                 

  3. Passport-type photograph photo must be taken within the last 6 months, it should be in color against a flat white background,                                                                                                                                          

  4. Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or detailed itinerary (Applicant's name must be on itinerary).                                                                                                                                                        

  5. Yellow Fever Vaccination. A copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) for yellow fever.                

  6. Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.                                                                              

  7. Invitation Letter. Copy of an invitation letter from family or friends in Ghana.                                                        

  8. Inviter/sponsor's passport copy. A copy of the inviter/sponsor's Ghanaian passport. The copy must be from one of the individuals listed under the references on the application. If neither has a valid Ghanaian passport, then a copy of their passport and a Ghanaian permanent resident card is acceptable.                                            

  9. Health Declaration Form. Passengers must also have a completed Health Declaration Form before entering to the country.

For minors under 18:

 

  1. Birth certificate. Original birth certificate.

  2. Consent form. If only one parent is traveling with the child, a letter of consent from the other parent.

  3. Copy of biodata page of parents/legal guardians' passports.

Ghana business visa

​

  1. Ghana visa application form. To be completed online print, sign it, and send it.                                                                                                                         

  2. Original, signed Canada passport and a copy. Please provide a clear scan of the information page of your valid, signed passport to generate the application form and send an actual passport to our office for visa processing.          

  3. Passport-type photograph The photo must be taken within the last 6 months, in color against a flat white background.                                                                                                                                              

  4. Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary.                                                                                 

  5. Yellow Fever Vaccination. A copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) for yellow fever.                  

  6. Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.                                                                                

  7. Inviter/sponsor's passport copy. A copy of the inviter/sponsor's Ghanaian passport. The copy must be from one of the individuals listed under the references on the application.   8. Business invitation. A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in Ghana.                                       

  9. Business Support Letter. A support letter from the sending company introduces the applicant, states the nature of the trip, and specifies the type and desired validity of the visa.                                                                          

  10. Business Registration Certificate. A copy of the valid Business Registration Certificate of the inviting organization in Ghana.                                                                                                                                      

  11. Health Declaration Form. Passengers must also have a completed Health Declaration Form before entering to the country.
