Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary.
Yellow Fever Vaccination. A copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) for yellow fever.
Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.
Personal Invitation. If staying with friends or family, an ORIGINAL, NOTARIZED invitation from the host in the Congo Republic, may be used instead of a hotel reservation.
