Cameroon tourist visa

Cameroon visa application form. Be completed online at https://www.hc-cameroon-ottawa.org
Passport. Original, signed Canada passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
Passport Photo: 1 Include a passport-style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.
Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary.
Yellow Fever Vaccination. A copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) for yellow fever.
Bank Statement. Copy of a recent bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds.
Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.
Marriage certificate. If you are married, please include a photocopy of your marriage certificate.
Personal Letter. A personal letter from the applicant was addressed to the Embassy of Cameroon, explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of travel, cities to be visited, and places of accommodations.

Business Letter. A business letter from either the sending company in Canada or sponsoring company in Cameroon, on their letterhead stationery, addressed to The Embassy of Cameroon and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above). Business letters from Canadian companies should adhere to the following guidelines:

• Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by the applicant).
• State the precise nature of the business to be conducted by the applicant(ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Cameroon.
• Specify the type and desired validity of the visa (ie. one-year multiple-entry business visas). If requesting multiple entries, the letter should specifically request a multiple-entry visa and explain why the applicant will be traveling to Cameroon so often.
• Guarantee sufficient funds for travel.
