Bahamas

  1. Bahamas visa application form. Please download, print, and sign it.                                                                                                                    

  2. Copy of the passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.                                                                   

  3. Passport Photo: 1 Include a passport-style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months.  You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.                                                                                                                                                       

  4. Proof of Status. Copy, evidence of your legal status in Canada (Study permit, work permit, refugee/protected person status document).                                                                                                                              

  5. Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary.                                                                                            

  6. Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.                                                                           

  7. Personal Invitation. If visiting friends or family, you must provide a letter of invitation with the contact information of the host and visitor, the purpose and duration of the visit, and confirmation of accommodation including the address, signature, and date. You will also need to provide proof of the host's status in the Bahamas ie. a copy of their Bahamas passport's information page, or, if they are not a citizen of the Bahamas, copies of their Bahamas residence permit and their national passport's information pages.                                

  8. Proof of Sufficient Funds. You must provide proof of sufficient funds to finance the visit - an employment letter with position and length of employment OR a letter from a sponsor/employer/company who will be covering all of the applicant's expenses while in The Bahamas.
